After a brief exploration of the Tibetan capital, we head towards the holy Mt. Kailash! You visit the Potala (open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays), the monumental palace of the former Tibetan Kings and Dalai Lamas, with its numerous chapels. The view of the holy city from the roofs is unforgettable. Excursion to the Sera and Drepung monasteries which were amidst the largest monastic institutions in the world. The chorten tombs of three Dalai Lamas are sited at Drepung. Sera is one of the best preserved monasteries in Tibet.

Day 01: Arival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Flight: Kathmandu - Lhasa, transfer to hotel afternoon visit Samye.
Day 04: Sightseeing in Lhasa: Barkhor market, Norbulinkha Summer palace of the Dalai Lama.

Day 05: Sightseeing in Lhasa: Potala, Drepung, Sera
Day 06: Drive to Namtso, camp or Guest House.
Day 07: Drive to Amdo, camp or Guest House.
Day 08: Drive to Nyima, camp.
Day 09: Drive to Gertse, camp.
Day 10: Drive to Ali, camp.
Day 11: Drive to Toling & Tsaparang, camp.
Day 12: Drive to Toling & Tsaparang, camp.
Day 13: Drive to Toling and Tsaparang, camp.
Day 14: Drive to Tirthapuri, camp.
Day 15: Drive to Darchen, camp at Tarboche.
Day 16: Drive to Mansarovar, camp.
Day 17: Rest day at Mansarovar, camp.
Day 16: Late afternoon drive from Tarboche to Chui Gompa, camp.
Day 18: Drive to Paryang, camp or Guest House.
Day 19: Drive to Paiko Tso, camp.
Day 20: Drive to Zhangmu cross the border transfer to Eco Resort.
Day 21: Free day in Kathmandu, hotel.
Day 22: Final departure, transfer to airport.
